Privacy Policy

Bizengi K.K. ("Bizengi", "we") operates the Service at bizengi.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights with respect to that data.

1. Data we collect

  • Employer submissions: organisation name, contact name, contact email, country, website, the job description file you upload, and the institution logo if provided.
  • Candidate profiles (Phase 2): name, email, country, city, structured CV fields extracted from the CV you upload (discipline, education, publications, etc.), and the original CV file.
  • Newsletter: email address and the source page (homepage, footer).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser user-agent, anonymised analytics events.

2. Why we use it

  • To operate the Service and respond to your inquiries.
  • To send transactional emails (payment links, confirmations).
  • To send the bi-monthly newsletter (if you opted in). You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To detect abuse and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sub-processors

We rely on the following processors:

  • Stripe (Ireland) for payments and tax calculation.
  • Resend (United States) for transactional and newsletter emails.
  • Anthropic (United States) for CV parsing — only the extracted text of the CV is sent.
  • Our VPS provider for hosting.

4. Retention

Job submission files are retained for 24 months after the listing expires. Candidate profiles are retained until the candidate deletes their account. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data. Send requests to [email protected].
