EADA Business School (Barcelona) seeks to appoint two Senior Faculty Members with outstanding scholarly trajectories and long-standing commitment to societal challenges shaping business today — climate crisis, inequality, social consequences of organisational decision-making.
We seek scholars whose research combines intellectual quality with societal relevance, with strong publications in respected international journals and capacity for top-tier outlets. Candidates must demonstrate evidence of academic leadership (directing research groups, mentoring junior scholars, shaping institutional strategy) and experience engaging with industry, policy, or civil-society partners on sustainability initiatives.
EADA remains a teaching-led institution emphasizing responsible leadership, teamwork, and critical thinking. Teaching in customised in-company programmes is valued.
