Frankfurt School of Finance & Management (AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS) invites applications for the full-time position of Professor of Practice in Mittelstand Strategy at the Commerzbank Mittelstandsinstitut.

The Institute, jointly established with Commerzbank, focuses on strategy, finance, management and governance issues for German Mittelstand companies. The Professor will lead the Institute and shape its strategic direction.

Profile: - PhD or equivalent in business administration, economics or related field. - Senior leadership experience in industry, consulting, entrepreneurship, or executive education. - Demonstrated practice-oriented teaching ability. - Established thought leader in strategy / management / innovation. - Strong industry network with Mittelstand / family business / professional associations. - Communication skills in German and English.

Responsibilities include scholarly research, industry connections, course development across FS degree programmes, executive education, and student mentoring.
