Business Policy Professor
Barna Management School — the leading business school in the Caribbean, with campuses in Santo Domingo and Santiago and a collaboration with IESE — seeks a senior full-time professor to lead the Business Policy (General Management Policy) area.
All teaching is conducted in Spanish using the Harvard Case Method. Professors are expected to teach in more than one subject and to do research.
The position requires extensive graduate management teaching experience, practical experience managing a company or major department, and a strong strategy component. Special emphasis on the humanistic dimension of business.
